These Things...

Once again, a few random things that help me "Do More, Be More and Eat More". I hope they add a little MORE to your life too!

Yogaglo

Between running a business full time and teaching yoga part time, I struggle to find time to take other yoga classes; even though I know spending more time on my mat will reap huge benefits for me and my students.

After some research I was thrilled to find Yogaglo: it's made up of over 2,500 online video classes from some of the best instructors. I love that you can add filters to find the type of class that fits your practice, such as level, duration, body part, etc. Your first 15 days are free then it's $18 a month to join. Looking forward to having access to this when I travel this spring!

“It” Concealer

It concealer

Say goodbye to under-eye dark circles! With anti-aging technology this concealer covers everything, stays on and doesn’t crease. I have tried so many other concealers, loved Amazing Concealer (didn't want to give it up) but when I was at Ulta recently was convinced to try “It”. I am hooked! (Available at Ulta or online).

Two ingredient - Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge

Found this recipe on mind body green, it's simple, healthy and delicious! (I did add a little almond milk and unsweetened shredded coconut).

  1. Process 12 dates and 1 cup of peanut butter in a food processor.
  2. Place in a square baking pan lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for two hours.
  3. Slice and enjoy!

“DIY” Yoga Bag

Choosing to reduce, reuse, and recycle makes me feel better; but I admit I don’t want my sense of style to suffer. I love when I find things that allow me to do both - like this yoga bag, one of my students made out of the following items:

  • A pair of her son’s old blue jeans
  • An old strap off a discarded back pack
  • A gold tie from a Seagram’s bag

The pocket is perfect for your phone and keys!

Grounds and Hounds Coffee Co.
