Exercise...a MUST!

Just Move!

Trying to finish this post before I head out on my bike with Whitney for a beautiful Sunday afternoon ride.  I admit I get a little anxious until I’ve had my daily exercise. It’s euphoric taking in the sounds and colors we never seem to notice in the car and the freedom I feel while outside. if you’re not already doing some form of exercise - really getting that heart rate up - then you  just won't feel great. Trust me your life and those around you will be so much better if you do.

I didn't get yoga certified until I was in my 40’s. I hated yoga when I first started but can’t imagine my life without it now. I’m a morning person and I am disciplined about working out first thing - but will exercise in the dark when I have too!

Studies Prove:

Regular exercise reduces your risk of major illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and cancer by up to 50 percent and lower your risk of early death by up to 30 percent.

Exercise has been proven to delay Alzheimers (and although I can’t change my genetics I can sure make an impact on them!).

A good workout can help you sleep and feel better while enhancing your daily life (and those around you).

Exercise helps your skin by increasing blood flow. It nourishes skin cells and keeps them vital.

My Advice:

  1. Move!
  2. Start now.
  3. Make it fun.
  4. Do it daily.
